Job summary

Archer Recruitment is seeking a Senior AI Engineer for a global insurance organisation to deploy AI agent systems in a greenfield project. You will design and develop end-to-end AI solutions with production-ready architecture from day one.

Bring 5+ years in data science, software or AI engineering and 2+ years of LLM development, with strong Python. You will thrive in a fast-moving startup environment, delivering real-world impact at scale.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in data science, software engineering, or AI engineering.
• 2+ years direct LLM development experience.
• Strong Python experience.

Responsibilities

• Design, build and ship agents end to end.
• Build and maintain RAG pipelines and integrations across a range of data sources and services.
• Design evaluation metrics and evaluation loops for LLM agents.
