Job summary

Archer Recruitment seeks a Senor AI Architect to lead the design and development of intelligent agents for an ambitious insurance greenfield project. You will own end-to-end architecture, from data ingestion to production deployment, across OpenAI, LLMs and Copilot solutions.

You will join a world-class team in a start-up environment, shaping the project from day one and delivering real-world impact at scale within a multi-year program.

Qualifications

• Seniority in AI architecture and end-to-end system design.
• Experience building AI agent systems and LLM-based workflows.
• Experience with RAG pipelines and data integration.
