Job summary

Archer Recruitment is sourcing an AI Solution Architect for a greenfield AI project within a major global insurer. The role focuses on designing, building, and deploying AI agents and end-to-end integrations to disrupt traditional insurance practices.

You will lead the technical direction across AI platforms, owning development of RAG pipelines and live evaluation loops, reporting to senior leadership in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in data science, software engineering, or AI engineering.
• 2+ years of direct LLM development experience.
