Job summary

Irish Public Sector Organization in Athlone is seeking a Land Surveying Mapping Executive (GIS & Property) to join the Strategic Property team. The role is permanent with hybrid work (3 days onsite) and travel across Ireland.

Responsibilities include surveying sites, marking boundaries, preparing maps for transactions, and supporting land acquisitions. ArcGIS and AutoCAD experience are advantageous for this hands-on position.

Qualifications

• Qualified Engineer, Surveyor or Architect.
• 3+ years' relevant experience.
• Full driving license and willingness to travel Ireland-wide.
• GIS experience is beneficial but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Survey sites and land using GPS equipment.
• Mark and verify property boundaries.
• Prepare maps for property sales and transactions.
• Complete Declarations of Identity.
• Support land acquisitions and site due diligence.
• Prepare Land Registry compliant maps.
• Collaborate with engineers, consultants and property stakeholders.
• Maintain property mapping and GIS information.
