Job summary
Dalcour Maclaren Limited is seeking a Geomatics Associate in Dublin to deliver spatial and property diligence for infrastructure projects across Ireland. You will work with GIS and Land Referencing teams and contribute to business development activities including tendering and client engagement.
The role requires experience with property records, land rights, and ArcGIS, plus project leadership capabilities. You will support junior staff and help shape the Ireland growth strategy.
Qualifications
- Experience with property records and information systems including Tailte Éireann.
- Knowledge of land rights procurement methods including negotiations, CPOs or notices.
- Practical GIS experience, ideally in utilities/energy.
- Strong ArcGIS data capture, management and analysis skills.
- Project management experience with programmes, forecasts and budgets.
- Commercial awareness and leadership qualities.
Responsibilities
- Lead delivery of spatial and property due diligence for infrastructure projects.
- Support Ireland Growth lead with tendering and client engagement.
- Provide strategic advice on property diligence requirements to clients.
- Oversee junior team members and ensure quality of deliverables.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
