Job summary

WSP Land Ireland is recruiting an Assistant Land Consultant to support delivery of nationally significant infrastructure projects across Ireland. You will work with experienced Land Consultants on land referencing, digital delivery, QA and landowner engagement.

Based in Dublin with hybrid working options, you will contribute to land acquisition, access, and statutory processes while developing professional accreditation with SCSI, RICS, CAAV or equivalent.

Qualifications

• Degree in Geography, Land/Estate Management, Surveying, Agriculture or related field.
• Strong data management and QA experience with land data.
• Familiarity with Tailte Éireann and/or Land Registry for Northern Ireland.
• Experience with mapping and GIS tools to create and quality-check outputs.

Responsibilities

• Undertake land referencing, Tailte Éireann searches and investigations to identify land interests and rights.
• Maintain landowner, land and consultation records in project databases and GIS.
• Perform QA checks on land referencing data and ownership records.
• Use GIS tools to create and quality-check spatial outputs such as plot plans and overlays.
• Support acquisition processes and landowner engagement activities.
• Attend meetings and public consultation events as required.
