Job summary

Candidate Manager LTD seeks a Mapping Executive within the Strategic Property Team to manage GIS mapping, land records, and related documentation for conveyancing and acquisitions.

You will maintain the GIS platform (IDARE), develop dashboards, support due diligence, and coordinate with external consultants to ensure accurate boundary and CAD mapping.

A degree in Engineering with 3+ years mapping experience is required; GPS, AutoCAD, ArcGIS proficiency, driving license, and travel are expected.

Qualifications

• Degree level qualification in Engineering.
• 3+ years’ experience in a mapping role.
• Proficient in GPS equipment, AutoCAD, ArcGIS.
• Conveyancing knowledge and knowledge of title registration.

Responsibilities

• Carry out surveying of IDA lands using GPS surveying equipment.
• Prepare and manage property-related documentation for conveyancing.
• Prepare information, transaction, contract, rectification, and Land registry maps.
• Manage and update the GIS database (IDARE) and geospatial datasets.
• Develop dashboards and automate workflows to increase efficiencies.
• Provide training and support on GIS interface and assist with site due diligence.
