Job summary

ACEXCELLENT CONSULTING PTE. LTD. is seeking a Service Engineer to join our dynamic medical and scientific equipment team in Ireland.

You will handle installation, commissioning and repair of scientific/biopharmaceutical gear, and provide after-sales service with preventive maintenance planning. Excellent exposure to lab and cleanroom environments is valued. The role requires 3+ years in service/maintenance, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently and in teams.

Qualifications

ITE/Higher NITEC/Diploma/Bachelor in Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics Engineering or equivalent.
Minimum 3 years of relevant technical work experience in service/maintenance.
Ideally experience in Scientific / Biopharmaceutical / Medical industries.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Able to work independently and as part of a team.
Lab/biocontainment environment experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

Provide technical after-sales service, installation, commissioning and repair for scientific/biopharmaceutical equipment.
Provide technical consultation to customers and support troubleshooting.
Respond to customer requests within targeted timelines.
Prepare service reports.
