Job summary

ACEXCELLENT CONSULTING PTE. LTD. is seeking a Service Engineer to join our dynamic medical and scientific equipment team in Ireland.

You will handle installation, commissioning and repair of scientific/biopharmaceutical gear, and provide after-sales service with preventive maintenance planning. Excellent exposure to lab and cleanroom environments is valued. The role requires 3+ years in service/maintenance, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently and in teams.

Qualifications

• ITE/Higher NITEC/Diploma/Bachelor in Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant technical work experience in service/maintenance.
• Ideally experience in Scientific / Biopharmaceutical / Medical industries.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Lab/biocontainment environment experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical after-sales service, installation, commissioning and repair for scientific/biopharmaceutical equipment.
• Provide technical consultation to customers and support troubleshooting.
• Respond to customer requests within targeted timelines.
• Prepare service reports.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide comprehensive range of technical after-sales service support, installation, commissioning and repair plus preventive maintenance plans forscientific and/or biopharmaceutical equipment (animal care unit);
• Provide technical consultation to customers;
• Respond to customers’ requests by troubleshooting problems and taking corrective actions within targeted timeline;
• Prepare service reports.

REQUIREMENTS

• ITE/Higher NITEC/Diploma/Bachelor in Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics Engineering or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years of relevant technical work experience in service/ maintenance
• Ideally process experience in similar industry (Scientific / Biopharmaceutical / Medical)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to work independently and a team player
• Self-motivated, results-oriented individual with good business acumen
• Experience in lab, cleanroom, bio containment environment or high plume fan will be an advantage
• Valid Class 3 driving license and personal vehicle will be an added advantage
