Job summary

Veolia Water Technologies Ireland seeks a Field Service Engineer to provide on-site service including commissioning, fault-finding, maintenance and calibration of laboratory and healthcare equipment within our portfolio.

You will ensure safety, deliver service excellence, maintain records, and support the Service Operations Manager with customer feedback and revenue opportunities. Occasional overseas travel is required.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years experience in a similar field service role.
• Experience as a Field Service Engineer.
• Excellent communication skills with customers (technical and non-technical).
• Experience or willingness to write reports.
• Awareness of health and safety risks on client sites.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site service including commissioning, fault-finding, servicing and calibration of Laboratory & Healthcare Equipment.
• Ensure equipment is safe for customer use and maintain high service standards.
• Deliver Service Excellence and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain records and paperwork; generate service reports for signature.
• Adhere to safety regulations and company procedures, including ISO quality procedures.
• Attend trainings and stay knowledgeable about company equipment and applications.
• Occasional overseas travel may be required.
