Job summary

Gilligan Black Recruitment is seeking an experienced L&D professional who is passionate about creating training, supporting leadership development, and enhancing employee performance.

You will design training programmes, identify training needs, develop and deliver leadership and management training, monitor learning effectiveness, and collaborate with HR to promote a culture of continuous learning.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in Learning & Development or Training, ideally within retail.
• Excellent organisational skills and a proactive approach.
• Passion for employee development and improving business performance.
