Job summary

Dalata Hotel Group plc is hiring a Kitchen Porter to support the kitchen team in everyday operations at our Ireland properties. Training through the Dalata Academy will help you learn essential skills and grow within the company. We promote from within and encourage internal development.

You will work with the chef team, ensure cleanliness, support HACCP compliance, and assist in maintaining a smooth kitchen flow. A friendly team environment and opportunities for advancement are highlighted.

Qualifications

Previous experience working in a kitchen.
Flexible with mornings, evenings and weekends.
Ability to work as part of a team or on own initiative.

Responsibilities

Assist the Head Chef & Sous Chef with the overall running of the kitchen.
Take direction from department managers and assist in the monitoring of food; maintain supply of clean ware and utensils.
Responsible for the cleanliness of the kitchens at all times.
Work alongside the chef team to maintain HACCP standards.
