Job summary

Dalata Hotel Group's Samuel Hotel in Ireland is seeking a Kitchen Assistant to support the Head Chef and Sous Chef in daily kitchen operations. You will help monitor food quality, maintain clean ware and equipment, and ensure HACCP standards are met across shifts.

Qualifications

• Previous experience working in a kitchen.
• Flexibility in working hours due to mornings/evenings/weekends.
• Ability to work as part of a team or on own initiative.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Head Chef & Sous Chef with the overall running of the kitchen.
• Take direction from department managers and assist in the monitoring of food; maintain clean ware and kitchen utensils.
• Responsible for the cleanliness of the kitchens at all times.
• Work alongside the chef team to maintain HACCP standards.

Your Job
