Job summary

Eden One is seeking a Kitchen Porter to join our professional kitchen team in Dublin. You will assist chefs with daily operations, maintain high cleanliness, hygiene and food safety standards, and support with stock rotation.

Ideal candidates have 1 year kitchen experience, basic HACCP knowledge, strong communication, and can work Friday to Monday. Part-time role with paid training and benefits. On-site in Dublin, Ireland.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a professional kitchen is required.
• Basic knowledge of HACCP and kitchen safety practices.
• Team player with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure.
• Flexible with working hours – Friday to Monday.

Responsibilities

• Maintain clean and hygienic workstations.
• Operate and clean kitchen equipment safely.
• Follow proper storage procedures for all ingredients.
• Support with stock control and rotation.
• Adhere to Food Safety and Health & Safety regulations.
• Perform additional tasks as required by senior chefs or management.
