Job summary

Eden One is seeking a Kitchen Porter to join our professional kitchen team in Dublin. You will assist chefs with daily operations, maintain high cleanliness, hygiene and food safety standards, and support with stock rotation.

Ideal candidates have 1 year kitchen experience, basic HACCP knowledge, strong communication, and can work Friday to Monday. Part-time role with paid training and benefits. On-site in Dublin, Ireland.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a professional kitchen is required.
• Basic knowledge of HACCP and kitchen safety practices.
• Team player with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure.
• Flexible with working hours – Friday to Monday.

You'll assist our experienced chefs with daily kitchen operations while maintaining excellent standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety at all times.

Minimum 1 year of experience in a professional kitchen is required.

Key responsibilities for the Kitchen Porter position:

• Ensure all workstations are kept clean and hygienic
• Operate and clean kitchen equipment safely and correctly
• Follow proper storage procedures for all food and ingredients
• Support with stock control and rotation
• Adhere to all Food Safety, Health & Safety, and hygiene regulations
• Perform additional tasks as required by senior chefs or management
