Castleknock Hotel in Dublin 15 is seeking warm, energetic hospitality professionals to join our team. The role involves early starts or late finishes, with a strong emphasis on guest service, teamwork, and HACCP standards. Prior experience in high-volume kitchen environments is essential.

Formación

• 2+ years of experience in a fast-paced environment with high volume covers.
• Excellent HACCP knowledge.
• Flexible with working hours including weekends.

• Organised with strong prioritisation.

• Have at least 2 years of experience working in a fast paced environment with a high volume covers.
• Engage well within the team to provide support to the Chef team.
• Have excellent HACCP knowledge.
• Have the ability to adapt to change.
• Work well under pressure in each area of the Kitchen when required.
• Be organised and have the ability to prioritise tasks where required.
• Be committed to the team and supporting your colleagues.
• Be flexible with working hours (must be available for weekends and early/late shifts).

At Castleknock Hotels we have 2 restaurants and Banqueting facilities. Earth & Vine is our signature Restaurant and 22 Bar & Restaurant is our casual dining experience.

This role will include very early starts or late finishes, it is desirable for applicants to have their own transport as the shifts do not align with public transport access times.
