• 2+ years of experience in a fast-paced environment with high volume covers.
• Excellent HACCP knowledge.
• Flexible with working hours including weekends.
• Ability to adapt to change and work under pressure.
• Organised with strong prioritisation.

Responsabilités

• Have at least 2 years of experience working in a fast paced environment with a high volume covers.
• Engage well within the team to provide support to the Chef team.
• Have excellent HACCP knowledge.
• Have the ability to adapt to change.
• Work well under pressure in each area of the Kitchen when required.
• Be organised and have the ability to prioritise tasks where required.
• Be committed to the team and supporting your colleagues.
• Be flexible with working hours (must be available for weekends and early/late shifts).
