Job summary

The g Hotel & Spa Limited Edition, part of the Leonardo Hotels portfolio, is seeking a Chef De Partie to support the Head Chef in a busy kitchen. You will help run a fast-paced section, maintain high standards, and contribute to delivering memorable guest experiences across the hotel.

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Ability to lead kitchen sections when required.

Job description

LGG - The g Hotel & Spa is Limited Edition, which is a collection of distinctive hotels that have their own characters. Our diverse and friendly teams focus on delivering exceptional guest care, ensuring every guest feels welcomed. Limited Edition is a part of the Leonardo Hotels portfolio.

Applicants should note that this position is largely a 9am - 5.30pm, 5 days per week role

The Chef de Partie will support the smooth running and objectives of the Kitchen department. All members of the department work together to create memorable moments for guests, in line with both company and hotel-specific service standards, and collaborate closely with other departments within the hotel. You will act as an ambassador for your own hotel and the wider Leonardo Hotels estate, demonstrating the company vision, mission and values. At all times, you will treat others around you with respect, dignity and fairness.

As a Chef De Partie you’ll be right in the heart of the hotel, so we want you to take pride in everything you’ll be doing to support the Head Chef and keep things running like clockwork. Take a deep breath because you’ll be stepping into a busy role! You’ll be passionate about your working area and responsibilities, and thrive under pressure whilst working alongside a vibrant team to exceed our guests’ expectations.
