Leonardo Hotel Dublin Christchurch is seeking a friendly Receptionist to join our Front Office team. You will greet guests, handle check-in and check-out, and ensure a five-star level of service at all times.

The role requires a warm personality, strong organisation, and the ability to coordinate with other hotel departments to create memorable stays. As a key ambassador for the Leonardo Hotels estate, you’ll support guests with local recommendations and ensure smooth operations at the front

All members of the department work together to create memorable moments for guests, in line with both company and hotel-specific service standards, and collaborate closely with other departments within the hotel. You will act as an ambassador for your own hotel and the wider Leonardo Hotels estate, demonstrating the company vision, mission and values. At all times, you will treat others around you with respect, dignity and fairness. As a Receptionist you’ll be a face of the hotel, so we want you to bring your warm and friendly personality to work with you every day. Take a deep breath because you’ll be stepping into a busy role! Working as part of a vibrant team, you’ll be an ambassador for the hotel as the first person our guests will meet. Whilst organising all aspects of the check-in and check-out processes, you’ll be offering guests the real 5-star treatment at our hotel!
