Job summary

Dalata Hotel Group in Ireland is seeking a Kitchen Assistant to support the Head Chef and Sous Chef with the smooth running of the kitchen. You will help monitor food quality, maintain clean ware, and ensure HACCP standards are followed.

The role suits someone with kitchen experience, flexibility for mornings, evenings and weekends, and the ability to work as part of a team or on their own initiative. Dalata offers training through the Dalata Academy and opportunities for career progression

Responsibilities

• Assist the Head Chef & Sous Chef with the overall running of the kitchen.
• Take direction from department managers and assist in monitoring of food quality; maintain supplies of clean ware, utensils, and cooking ware.
• Responsible for the cleanliness of the kitchens at all times.
• Work alongside the chef team to maintain HACCP standards.

Your Job

• Assist the Head Chef & Sous Chef with the overall running of the kitchen.
