Center Parcs UK & Ireland's Pancake House in Longford Forest is hiring a Kitchen Assistant / Commis Chef on a fixed-term basis. You will support the preparation, cooking and presentation of Dutch-style pancakes, with full training provided to help you develop in a busy family-friendly kitchen.

You’ll work as part of a friendly team, maintaining cleanliness and following health and safety guidelines, with opportunities to learn, progress and access bonus schemes while enjoying employee benefits

Kitchen Assistant / Commis Chef - Pancake House (fixed-term) | Longford Forest | €14.35 per hour plus tips

The Pancake House offers sweet and savoury Dutch-style pancakes in a relaxed, family-friendly spot.

We're seeking a motivated Kitchen Assistant / Commis Chef to join our friendly Pancake House team. This role offers the opportunity to learn and progress while supporting the preparation, cooking and presentation of high-quality dishes. Full training will be provided, so enthusiasm and a willingness to develop are key.

• Assist with the preparation, cooking and presentation of food


• Maintain kitchen cleanliness and work effectively as part of a team

Your working hours

Please note this is a fixed-term contract until 23rd April 2027

• Full-time contract


• You will be contracted to work a guaranteed minimum of 150 hours over a 4-week period. You may be asked to work additional hours in line with operational requirements


• This role includes early mornings, weekends and bank holidays


• Premium rate of pay for hours worked on a Sunday
