Job summary

Center Parcs Longford Forest is seeking a Kitchen Assistant / Commis Chef to support the Pancake House team with food preparation, cooking and presentation of high-quality dishes. Full training provided and opportunities to learn and progress in a friendly, family-focused environment.

This role is fixed-term until 23 April 2027, with a guaranteed minimum of 150 hours over a 4-week period, early mornings, weekends and bank holidays, and a premium rate for Sunday hours.

We're seeking a motivated Kitchen Assistant / Commis Chef to join our friendly Pancake Houseteam. This role offers the opportunity to learn and progress while supporting the preparation, cooking and presentation of high-quality dishes. Full training will be provided, so enthusiasm and a willingness to develop are key.

Your working hours

Please note this is a fixed-term contract until 23rd April 2027

• Full-time contract
• You will be contracted to work a guaranteed minimum of 150 hours over a 4-week period. You may be asked to work additional hours in line with operational requirements
• This role includes early mornings, weekends and bank holidays
• Premium rate of pay for hours worked on a Sunday
