Center Parcs Longford Forest is recruiting a Kitchen Assistant / Commis Chef for the Pancake House on a fixed-term contract. The role pays €14.35 per hour plus tips and includes full training to help you learn and progress in food preparation, cooking and presentation.

You will join a friendly team, with opportunities for early starts, weekends and bank holidays as part of a guaranteed 150 hours in a 4-week period.

The Pancake House offers sweet and savoury Dutch-style pancakes in a relaxed, family-friendly spot.

We're seeking a motivated Kitchen Assistant / Commis Chef to join our friendly Pancake Houseteam. This role offers the opportunity to learn and progress while supporting the preparation, cooking and presentation of high-quality dishes. Full training will be provided, so enthusiasm and a willingness to develop are key.

• Assist with the preparation, cooking and presentation of food
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness and work effectively as part of a team

Your working hours

Please note this is a fixed-term contract until 23rd April 2027

• Full-time contract
• You will be contracted to work a guaranteed minimum of 150 hours over a 4-week period. You may be asked to work additional hours in line with operational requirements
• This role includes early mornings, weekends and bank holidays
• Premium rate of pay for hours worked on a Sunday
