Center Parcs Longford Forest is seeking a Kitchen Assistant / Commis Chef for the Pancake House on a fixed-term basis. The role involves assisting with the preparation, cooking and presentation of Dutch-style pancakes in a family-friendly setting, with full training provided to help you develop skills.

You will join a supportive team, work across early shifts and weekends, and benefit from a premium rate on Sundays.

We're seeking a motivated Kitchen Assistant / Commis Chef to join our friendly Pancake House team. This role offers the opportunity to learn and progress while supporting the preparation, cooking and presentation of high-quality dishes. Full training will be provided, so enthusiasm and a willingness to develop are key.

Your working hours

Please note this is a fixed-term contract until 23rd April 2027

Full-time contract

You will be contracted to work a guaranteed minimum of 150 hours over a 4-week period. You may be asked to work additional hours in line with operational requirements
