Center Parcs UK & Ireland is seeking a Kitchen Assistant / Commis Chef for the Canopy Café and Bar at Longford Forest. You will help prepare, cook and present high-quality dishes, while supporting the kitchen team and upholding cleanliness and safety standards.

This role offers training and development opportunities, with a guaranteed minimum hours schedule and shifts including early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.

Kitchen Assistant / Commis Chef - Pool Bar

Longford Forest | €14.35 per hour plus tips

Canopy Café and Bar is a poolside stop for food and drinks in the Subtropical Swimming Paradise.

Serve up the flavour that turns a good break into a great one

We're seeking a motivated Kitchen Assistant / Commis Chef to join our friendly Canopy Café and Bar team. This role offers the opportunity to learn and progress while supporting the preparation, cooking and presentation of high-quality dishes. Full training will be provided, so enthusiasm and a willingness to develop are key.

What You'll Be Doing

• Assist with the preparation, cooking and presentation of food
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness and work effectively as part of a team
• Follow health, safety and food hygiene guidelines

Your working hours

• Part-time contract
• You will be contracted to work a guaranteed minimum of 120 or 100 hours over a 4‑week period. You may be asked to work additional hours in line with operational requirements
• This role includes early mornings, evenings, weekends and bank holidays
• Premium rate of pay for hours worked on a Sunday
