Job summary

Würth Ireland seeks an eBusiness Support Executive to join our head office in Limerick. This hybrid role focuses on configuring e-procurement connections, managing SAP-based processes, and delivering BI-driven insights.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of eProcurement processes is desirable.
• Experience using SAP ERP is advantageous.
• Experience with business intelligence/reporting tools (e.g. SAP Analytics Cloud, Power BI) would be advantageous.
• Strong analytical skills for connectivity solution analysis.
• Excellent record-keeping abilities.
• Experience with Microsoft Excel for data analyses (pivot tables).
• Effective time and deadline management.
• Clear presentation and communication skills, able to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Adaptability and flexibility; ability to collaborate within a team.

Responsibilities

• Configure and manage e-procurement connections for customers.
• Serve as the main contact for EDI technical setups and post-setup queries/issues (static catalogues, OCI/cXML punchouts, SAP integration).
• Liaise with IT and external stakeholders on integration requirements.
• Analyze connectivity requests and propose optimal eProcurement solutions.
• Create test scenarios including orders, invoices, and credit notes in SAP.
• Maintain eProcurement platform configurations and system settings.
• Collaborate with Würth colleagues across countries to implement e-procurement solutions.
• Maintain records and ensure deadlines are met.
• Investigate ERP-related issues impacting online orders/logins.
• Resolve eBusiness queries from Sales Reps.
• Monitor promotional stock levels and report KPIs.
• Develop dashboards/reporting in SAC and support business decisions.
• Support automation and improvement of reporting processes across eBusiness platforms.
• Organize and maintain marketing assets and customer-facing presentations.
