Job summary

Qualifications

• Review higher-risk business models and identify compliance, regulatory, or operational concerns.
• Assess merchant applications using underwriting guidelines to manage risk.
• Carry out regular reviews of merchant accounts for ongoing compliance.
• Review merchant documentation for completeness and accuracy.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and Card Scheme rules.

Responsibilities

• Support process improvements by identifying efficiencies and sharing best practices.
• Identify risks or exceptions and elevate to relevant teams.
• Maintain records of reviews, decisions and supporting documentation.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and ensure smooth onboarding.
