Travelers Europe is seeking an Associate Underwriter in Dublin on a 12-month fixed-term contract. You will manage new business and renewals from submission through bind, while building and maintaining relationships with brokers to deliver tailored insurance solutions.

A detail‑oriented, decisive communicator with underwriting experience is ideal. The role offers hybrid working arrangements: three days in the office and two days at home, with possibility of pro rata for part-time staff.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Underwrite and manage new business and renewals from submission to bind.
• Maintain portfolio profitability, growth, and retention with support from team.
• Develop relationships with brokers to deliver right insurance solutions.
• Utilize technology to quote and bind risk efficiently.
• Collaborate with internal partners to identify cross-selling opportunities.
• Travel to broker meetings as required.
• Execute submissions, quotes and renewals with guidance from manager.
