The Westbury in Dublin is seeking a passionate Junior Sous Chef to join our busy five-star kitchen.

You will support the Sous Chef and Head Chef, lead the service, and help maintain high standards of food quality, safety and presentation while assisting with prep, stock control and team development.

Qualifications

• Previous Senior Chef de Partie or Junior Sous Chef experience.
• Strong kitchen and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the Sous Chef and Head Chef with the daily running of the kitchen.
• Lead and support the team during service.
