Castle Leslie Estate is seeking a Junior Sous Chef for Conor's Bar to support the Head Chef and lead the kitchen team, delivering exceptional dining experiences in a historic Irish estate. The role offers opportunity to advance within a renowned hospitality destination.

Qualifications

• Experience as a chef de partie or junior sous chef.
• Minimum 2 years in a kitchen role.
• Ability to lead a kitchen section and develop junior staff.

Responsibilities

• Support the day-to-day operation of Conor's Bar kitchen, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
• Lead and inspire your section, maintaining highest standards of food quality and presentation.
• Assist in training, mentoring, and developing junior team members.
• Collaborate with senior chefs on seasonal menu development, dish presentation, and kitchen innovation.
• Help manage stock control, food ordering, and kitchen organisation while minimising waste.
• Ensure all food safety, HACCP, and hygiene standards are upheld.
