Compass Group Ireland is seeking a motivated Junior Sous Chef to join our team in Dublin on a full-time basis, contracted to 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, daytime. You will work alongside a passionate team to deliver exceptional culinary experiences and contribute to a high-performing kitchen environment.

• Preparing delicious, high-quality food that delights clients and customers.
• Identifying opportunities to improve our food service.
• Creating a positive kitchen environment where the team feel welcomed and supported.
• Supporting the team in delivering our tasty food concepts to customers.
• Representing Compass Group Ireland and maintaining a positive brand image.
• Supporting the team with ordering food, stock control and reducing waste.
• Overseeing kitchen cleaning to maintain hygiene standards.
• Helping manage budgets and meet financial targets.
• Complying with Food Handling, Hygiene and Health & Safety standards.
