Job summary

Castle Leslie Estate is seeking a Junior Sous Chef for Conor's Bar to support the Head Chef and lead the kitchen team, delivering exceptional dining experiences in a historic Irish estate. The role offers opportunity to advance within a renowned hospitality destination.

About The Role

As Junior Sous Chef, you'll play a key role in supporting the Head Chef and leading the kitchen team in delivering exceptional dining experiences that reflect the quality and character of Castle Leslie Estate.   • Help manage stock control, food ordering, and kitchen organisation while minimising waste.
  • Ensure all food safety, HACCP, and hygiene standards are consistently upheld.
