Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience as a Project Manager or as a Site Manager/Senior Engineer ready to step up.
• Main contractor background on residential, commercial or public sector building projects.
• Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
• Good knowledge of programming, BCAR and health & safety requirements.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Full driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day project delivery from pre-construction through to handover.
