3D Personnel Ltd is currently seeking a Construction Manager to lead major building projects in Dublin. The role offers a salary between €110,000 and €130,000, reflecting seniority and responsibility in a leading Irish contractor.

You will oversee delivery across multiple projects, manage programmes and commercial performance, and act as main liaison with clients and design teams. A strong focus on safety, quality, and continuous improvement is essential.

Qualifications

• Significant main contractor experience at Project or Contracts Manager level.
• Degree in Construction Management, Engineering or similar.
• Strong commercial and contractual awareness.
• Excellent leadership and client management skills.
• Full driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Oversee delivery across a portfolio of projects.
• Lead and support Project and Site Managers.
• Manage programme, commercial performance and health & safety across projects.
• Act as a senior point of contact for clients and design teams.
• Drive quality standards and continuous improvement.
• Report to the directors on project performance and risk.
