Job summary

Arc IT Recruitment Limited is partnering with a prestigious investment bank to recruit a Desktop Support Analyst for their Dublin IT Support team on a contract, on-site basis.

The role welcomes those starting their IT career as well as service desk professionals with some experience. Candidates with exposure to financial services, trading desks or Bloomberg will be highly regarded.

Qualifications

• Up to three years in IT support or service desk, or hands-on IT experience through education, internships or projects.
• Working knowledge of Windows, Microsoft 365 and core networking concepts.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and a professional, customer-focused manner.
• A degree, diploma or equivalent in IT or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshooting Windows 11, Microsoft 365, VPN and network connectivity.
• Building and deploying devices, including new starter setups.

We are partnering with a prestigious investment bank to appoint a Desktop Support Analyst to their IT Support team in Dublin.

The role is open to candidates starting their IT career, as well as service desk professionals with some experience. Experience in financial services or supporting on a trading floor will be highly regarded.

The Role

• First-line support for hardware, software and end-user issues
• Troubleshooting Windows 11, Microsoft 365, VPN and network connectivity
• Building and deploying devices, including new starter setups
• Logging incidents and escalating complex issues to senior engineers

Requirements
