Job summary

Access Healthcare in Ireland is hiring an Associate Recruitment Consultant to build relationships with clients and candidates, manage vacancies end-to-end, and screen healthcare professionals. You will learn across a broad range of skills in a fast-paced, supportive environment.

No recruitment experience is required; 1–2 years in any industry is welcomed. You will benefit from internal learning, a growth mindset culture, and a clear path to leadership with up to 12 promotions.
