Job summary

Glanua invites applications for a Junior Civil Estimator to support the Estimating and Commercial teams in preparing competitive tenders for civil engineering and water/wastewater projects. Ideal for graduates or early-career professionals in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying or construction needing hands-on estimating experience.

You will work closely with Estimators, Project Managers and Design Teams to gain exposure to the full tender process, from reviewing tender docs to bid submission

Qualifications

• No specific qualification required; open to graduates or early-career professionals.

Responsibilities

• Assist Estimating with preparation of competitive civil engineering tenders.
• Review drawings, specifications and tender documentation.
• Assist with quantity take-offs and cost build-ups for bids.
• Prepare pricing schedules and maintain tender records.
• Obtain quotations from subcontractors and suppliers and review them.
• Support tender submissions and clarify tender queries.
• Assist with project risk identification and cost forecasting.
• Liaise with Design, Engineering and Procurement teams to gather information.
