Job summary

Glanua in Ireland is seeking a Senior Electrical Estimator to develop detailed electrical estimates for complex treatment plant projects in the water sector. You will review drawings and tender documents, provide early cost guidance and support optimum value for money.

Responsibilities include design development input, procurement planning and robust cost modelling, while adhering to risk and governance procedures across multidisciplinary teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Estimating in water/wastewater or related infra sectors.
• Proven track record in developing accurate electrical estimates for complex treatment plant projects.
• Experience with UK water companies is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Estimate preparation based on drawings, specs and tender docs.
• Participate in design development to assess buildability and material selection.
• Ensure governance, risk management and approvals are documented.
• Contribute to tender preparation and resource planning.
• Develop financial models for framework submissions and rate development.
