Qualifications

• Minimum level 5/6 in Business, IT or Sales related qualification.
• Strong communication and sales-focused attitude required.
• Ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Support the Sales Manager with day-to-day sales activity and pipeline management.
• Research target companies and identify potential customers and contacts.
• Carry out outbound sales activity by phone, email and LinkedIn.
• Follow up on inbound leads, events, webinars and other sales opportunities.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records.
• Support the preparation of quotes, proposals and customer communications.
• Build relationships with prospective and existing customers.
• Develop a strong understanding of Dataworks’ services and the industries we work with.
