Job summary

F5 is seeking a Business Development Representative to join our growing EMEA team from Cork, Ireland. You will identify inbound and outbound opportunities across Italy and Malta, engaging with leaders to drive meaningful conversations and pipeline for F5's multi-cloud solutions.

The role is hybrid, with in-office days at Cork City Centre. Fluent Italian and English are required; prior technology sales experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Previous business development work experience or college degree is great but not essential.
• Fluent written and verbal communication in Italian and English is required.
• Prior sales experience in a technology company or similar is a bonus.
• Strong work ethic, self-motivated, and able to work autonomously.

Responsibilities

• Develop inbound leads with marketing to uncover new selling opportunities.
• Collaborate with sales to plan prospect communications.
• Innovate and improve the sales development process.
• Identify right leads using prospecting tools and outbound techniques and build opportunities daily.
• Meet and exceed monthly targets with highly qualified meetings in the EMEA market.
• Update CRM (Salesforce) to keep reports and data up to date.
