Job summary

Klaviyo Inc. is seeking an Account Executive to lead regional growth across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa.

You will manage a robust pipeline, close deals with high-growth ecommerce brands, and drive long-term success for clients and the team. Ideal candidates bring at least 1 year of quota-attainment in MarTech SaaS, strong relationship skills, and the ability to operate in a high-velocity sales environment while collaborating with cross-functional colleagues.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 years' experience carrying net-new revenue quota and consistent overachievement selling MarTech SaaS solutions.
• Experience selling to Founders/Business Owners/Marketing personas and strong knowledge of the Ecommerce/Retailers/Brands domain.
• Experience working in a high-velocity and high-volume sales environment with multiple stakeholders.
• Experienced in outbounding with creative techniques/strategies.
• Fluent in English & Italian (written & verbal).
• Strong growth mindset and continual pursuit of improvement.
• Team-oriented, engaging and energetic; able to influence and build relationships.

• Actively manage your pipeline and develop a strategy for long-term sustained success.
• Support the success of your peers and provide guidance to new Account Executives.
• Expand your skillset by participating in adjacent tasks over time.
