Job summary

Pearson Carter is seeking an IT Support Technician for a global consultancy. The role covers level 1 laptop and hardware support, imaging and setup of new devices, and onsite work from Dublin.

The contract is 6 months with a daily rate of €115. It requires hands-on hardware experience, familiarity with Windows 10/11, and willingness to ship and collect equipment.

IT Support Technician

Pearson Carter are currently working with a global consultancy who need multiple IT Support Technicians to join the team and help with level 1 laptop support/administration.

They offer this role on a 6 month contract paying an daily rate rate of €115 an day

Responsibilities:

• Level 1 support for Laptop and IT hardware
• Wipe and set up new Laptops
• Shipping and collection of IT equipment
• Process improvement and documentation

Salary
