Job summary

Coffey is seeking an IT Support Lead to manage day-to-day IT support services across Ireland and the UK. The role combines hands-on technical work with leadership of the helpdesk, ensuring high service levels and a positive user experience.

You will oversee ticket workflows, mentor junior IT staff, and drive improvements to processes, documentation, and cybersecurity posture while coordinating with the IT Manager and broader IT team.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience in IT support, service desk, or infrastructure roles.
• Proven experience troubleshooting complex technical issues.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, AD, Entra ID, Exchange Online and Windows OS.

Responsibilities

• Lead the IT helpdesk operation, ensuring incident response and service delivery.
• Mentor Graduate IT Technicians and other staff.
• Coordinate ticket prioritisation, escalation, and resolution.
• Maintain asset records and contribute to documentation and processes.
• Support on-site and remote users across Ireland and the UK.
