Job summary

Engage People Recruitment is seeking an IT Project Manager in Galway on a permanent, hybrid arrangement (3 days in the office). The role focuses on delivering technically oriented IT projects across infrastructure, systems and migrations for financial services clients.

You will work closely with clients and technical teams to drive delivery, manage timelines, risks and deliverables, and own the delivery lifecycle rather than just coordinating activities.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering IT projects (infrastructure, migrations, or similar)
• Strong understanding of IT environments, networks and systems
• Ability to own delivery end-to-end and work with technical teams and clients

Responsibilities

• Lead IT projects end-to-end (infrastructure changes, system upgrades, cloud and on-prem migrations, regulatory changes)
• Work directly with clients and technical teams to drive delivery
• Manage timelines, risks and deliverables, not just reporting on them
• Support projects related to IT risk, resilience and regulatory requirements
