Job summary

Sabeo in Dublin city centre is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead infrastructure initiatives across multiple technologies within a regulated environment.

The role focuses on delivering complex projects, managing run teams, and guiding governance gates, with a hybrid Dublin presence.

You will drive organizational change, maintain RAID artifacts, and ensure successful Go/No-Go transitions.

Qualifications

• Extensive hands-on experience in infrastructure project delivery, preferably in financial services or large corporate environments.
• Proven track record migrating legacy ticketing platforms to cloud equivalents (Ivanti to cloud).
• Experience implementing certificate automation to streamline infrastructure security.
• Large-scale SSE rollouts using Zscaler or similar enterprise solutions; strong governance & risk familiarity.
• Excellent communication, reporting, and organizational skills with ability to drive change fast.

Responsibilities

• Infrastructure & Technical Delivery: drive multiple GT project deliveries across technologies.
• Operational Stakeholder Management: partner with infrastructure run teams and manage timelines.
• Service Introduction & Governance: steer Go/No-Go gates with IT Security, Enterprise Architecture, Infrastructure, Disaster Recovery, Risk.
• Organizational Change Management: lead large-scale, organization-wide rollouts.
• Standard Project Management: maintain core frameworks, planning, RAID, and stakeholder meetings.
