Job summary

Sabeo in Dublin city centre is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead infrastructure initiatives across multiple technologies within a regulated environment.

The role focuses on delivering complex projects, managing run teams, and guiding governance gates, with a hybrid Dublin presence.

You will drive organizational change, maintain RAID artifacts, and ensure successful Go/No-Go transitions.

Qualifications

• Extensive hands-on experience in infrastructure project delivery, preferably in financial services or large corporate environments.
• Proven track record migrating legacy ticketing platforms to cloud equivalents (Ivanti to cloud).
• Experience implementing certificate automation to streamline infrastructure security.
• Large-scale SSE rollouts using Zscaler or similar enterprise solutions; strong governance & risk familiarity.
• Excellent communication, reporting, and organizational skills with ability to drive change fast.

Senior Project Manager (Infrastructure) 6 month initial contract Dublin city centre/Hybrid

Our high profile client based in Dublin city centre is actively seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to work on a number projects across different technologies.

Responsibilities

• Infrastructure & Technical Delivery: Drive multiple Global Technology (GT) project deliveries, drawing on a strong background in managing complex infrastructure initiatives within enterprise environments (ideally financial institutions or similarly regulated sectors).
• Operational Stakeholder Management: Partner effectively with infrastructure "run" teams. Balance competing operational priorities and tight timelines while maintaining strict control, grip, and momentum over project milestones.
• Service Introduction & Governance: Steer projects through formal Go/No-Go Service Introduction gates. Secure critical sign-offs across diverse domain leadsincluding IT Security, Enterprise Architecture, Infrastructure, Disaster Recovery, Business Continuity, Change Management, Data Protection, and Risk.
• Organizational Change Management: Spearhead large-scale, organization-wide rollouts. Build deep cross-functional relationships and establish a network of internal champions to accelerate adoption and align with business unit priorities.
• Standard Project Management: Own and maintain core project management frameworks and artifacts, including detailed planning, regular status reporting, stakeholder meetings, and proactive RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) management.

Required Skills & Experience

Extensive hands-on experience in infrastructure project delivery, preferably within financial services or large corporate environments.

Service Desk & Ticketing Upgrades

Experience migrating or upgrading legacy ticketing platforms to modern cloud equivalents (specifically experience transitioning from Ivanti to its cloud counterpart).

Certificate Automation

Proven track record in implementing Cert Automation initiatives to streamline infrastructure security and certificate lifecycle management.

Security Service Edge (SSE) Rollouts

Large-scale implementation of cloud security frameworks, ideally utilizing Zscaler or comparable enterprise SSE solutions. Proven ability to negotiate, collaborate with, and influence operational support teams without disrupting day-to-day business stability. Familiarity with enterprise governance frameworks, risk management, and formal service transition/introduction processes.

Demonstrated success in driving organization-wide change management initiatives at pace. Excellent communication, reporting, and organizational skills.
