Job summary

Mott MacDonald in Ireland seeks a Project Manager to lead and manage multiple infrastructure workstreams, reporting to a Senior Project Manager and guiding a growing team. You will drive programme delivery, manage risks, and ensure governance and client satisfaction across Dublin/Cork projects.

Qualifications

• Engineering and/or Project Management degree or relevant extensive experience in project management.
• Associate Membership of APM or PMI, or membership of Engineers Ireland.
• Ideally chartered or working towards chartership (ChPP or similar).
• Project management expertise and ability to lead project teams to successful outcomes.
• Experience mentoring or managing junior project managers.
• Full Driving Licence and strong client/stakeholder relationship skills.
• Effective communication with clients, team, and business units.
• High degree of commercial acumen and knowledge of planning and project controls.
• Experience with FIDIC, NEC or Public Works Contracts.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage complex workstreams on infrastructure projects.
• Report to Senior Project Manager and shape the direction of the project management team.
• Drive innovation, deliver governance, and ensure on-time delivery within cost.
• Manage project risks, opportunities, and change control processes.
• Maintain regular client and stakeholder communications and ensure safety compliance.
• Oversee project programme and coordination with multidisciplinary delivery teams.
• Ensure efficient close-out of projects and lessons learned.
