Job summary

E-Frontiers in Ireland is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead software and digital delivery, coordinating Product, Engineering and QA from initiation to release in a tech-driven environment.

You will apply Agile/Scrum principles, manage risks and dependencies, and collaborate with clients and partners to keep projects on track. This hybrid role is based in South Dublin, offering opportunities to leverage AI for smarter delivery.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience in IT/project management.
• Proven delivery of software projects from initiation to release.
• Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum practices.
• Experience managing stakeholders (clients, vendors or partners).
• Experience using Jira/Confluence for delivery governance.

Project Manager - Software / IT

Salary: €65,000-€75,000
Location: South Dublin
Working Model: Hybrid

The Role

We're looking for an experienced Project Manager to join a technology-driven organisation delivering software and digital solutions across a large customer base.

This is a hands-on Project Manager role for someone who enjoys taking ownership of delivery, working across Product, Engineering and QA, and keeping projects moving from initiation through to release.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end delivery of software projects, managing scope, timelines, resources, risks, dependencies and quality.
• Coordinate Product, Engineering, QA and external partners to keep delivery on track and resolve issues quickly.
• Manage internal and third-party stakeholders, providing clear updates and confidently challenging risks, assumptions and delivery concerns.
• Work within an Agile/Scrum environment, supporting sprint and release planning and taking on Scrum Master responsibilities where required.
• Maintain clear project governance, reporting and documentation while identifying opportunities to improve delivery processes and use AI to work smarter and more efficiently.

About You

• 3+ years' experience as a Project Manager within an IT, software, technology or digital environment.
• Proven experience delivering software projects from initiation through to release, with strong understanding of Agile/Scrum.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, including experience working with clients, vendors or third-party suppliers.
• Confident managing risks, issues, dependencies and change, with the ability to make decisions and elevate when needed.
• Organised, proactive and delivery-focused, with experience using tools such as Jira, Confluence or similar.
