Job summary

E-Frontiers in Ireland is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead software and digital delivery, coordinating Product, Engineering and QA from initiation to release in a tech-driven environment.

You will apply Agile/Scrum principles, manage risks and dependencies, and collaborate with clients and partners to keep projects on track. This hybrid role is based in South Dublin, offering opportunities to leverage AI for smarter delivery.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience in IT/project management.
• Proven delivery of software projects from initiation to release.
• Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum practices.
• Experience managing stakeholders (clients, vendors or partners).
• Experience using Jira/Confluence for delivery governance.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of software projects including scope, timelines, resources, risks and quality.
• Coordinate Product, Engineering, QA and external partners to keep delivery on track.
• Manage internal and third-party stakeholders with clear updates and risk guidance.
• Support sprint and release planning; take on Scrum Master responsibilities when needed.
• Maintain governance, reporting and documentation; identify process improvements and smarter ways of working, including AI.
