Job summary

Good Job Creations (Singapore) Pte Ltd in Dublin is seeking an IT Support specialist to provide first- and second-line assistance for hardware, software, networks, and user services across local and regional offices.

You will manage user accounts in Microsoft 365 and Azure AD, assist with ERP systems including SAP, monitor infrastructure, and support IT projects and reporting. The role requires 2–3 years experience and strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of IT user support or helpdesk experience.
• Knowledge of IT infrastructure including networks, hardware, OS, and enterprise apps.
• Exposure to SAP or ERP systems is advantageous.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Job Summary: Join a dynamic IT team supporting users, systems, and infrastructure across local and regional operations while contributing to business-critical technology initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Provide first and second-level technical support for hardware, software, network, system, and end-user issues across local and regional offices.

Requirements:

• Basic knowledge of IT infrastructure, including networking, hardware, operating systems, enterprise applications, remote support tools, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and Azure Active Directory. Exposure to SAP or ERP systems is an added advantage.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, problem-solving, organisational, and communication skills, with the ability to support users across different levels of the organisation.
• Able to work independently, manage multiple priorities effectively, and perform well under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
• Possess a valid Class 3 driving licence, with own personal vehicle required to attend site meetings, and willing to travel between company offices and regional locations when required.
